You must have very good PSP working knowledge to follow this tutorial.

I used Paint Shop Pro X2 but any version will work.
Tube of choice I used Jasmine by Alehandra Vanhek and you must purchase here PicsForDesign
Scrapkit is a PTU called Vamos a la Playa by Niqui's Designs you can purchase at PicsForDesign
Mask 110 you can download at Designs by Vaybs
Font of choice
Drop Shadow settings I used on most elements are vertical 3, horizontal 3, Opacity 55, Blur 15, Color Black, you can use whatever settings you are acostumed to.

Elements Used
2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 10, 12, 15, 18, 31, 38, 39, 45, 60
Paper 7 & 2

Always look at tag for reference.

Lets Begin

1.  Open new canvas 750x750px, you can resize later, open tube, resize, copy and paste onto canvas.

2.  Open element 8 resize 700x700px copy and paste onto canvas and place behind tube.  Rotate left 10 degrees.

3.  With magic wand select inside of frame and expand 10px.  Open paper 7 copy and paste as new layer.  Go to  selections-invert, delete and drag paper under frame.  Keep selected.

4.  Go to tube and click on close up, rotate left 10 degrees, copy and paste on canvas, delete and drag under frame, blend mode burn.

5.  Click on full tube layer, duplicate and drag duplicate under frame go to original layer and with eraser tool start erasing around the thighs until tube looks like it's inside frame, then click on copy layer and erase the rest of thighs.

6.  Now take all the elements, resize them and place them as in tag.

7.  When done, merge visible, open paper 2 and mask, copy and paste paper and drap under tag, open mask, go to layer-new mask layer find mask, Source Luminance checked, invert mask data unchecked, OK, layer merge group, tag is done.
