Drop Shadow settings I used on most elements are vertical 3, horizontal 3, Opacity 55, Blur 15, Color Black, you can use whatever settings you are acostumed to.  I always add drop shadow afterI copy and paste each elements.

Always look at tag for reference.

Lets Begin

1.  Open canvas 750x750px you can resize when tag is done.

2.  Open tube, go to image->mirror, copy and paste onto canvas and lower it as in tag.

3.  Open element 25, do not resize copy and paste, drag under tube.

4.  Click on the magic wand and select inside of frame.  Go to selections->modify->expand 45 pixel.

5.  Open paper 1, copy and paste as a new layer, go to selections->invert and delete.  Drag paper under frame.

6.  Select inside of frame again, go back to selections->modify->expand 45 pixel.  Go back to tube, go to image->mirror, then image->free rotate->rotate right 50 degrees.  Copy and paste as a new layer inside selection, then selection->invert->delete.  Deselect and drag tube under frame.  Blend mode Luminance Legacy and lower the oppacity to 34.

7.  Open element 23, resize 368x500px, copy and paste, place on the right side of frame, go to free rotate, rotate right 10 degrees.

8.  Open element 35, resize 300x260px, copy and paste, place on the upper left side of frame.

9.  Open element 17, resize 183x400px, copy paste, place on the left side of frame and drag under tube.

10.  Open element 19, resize 300x300px, copy and paste, place on the left side above wine bottle.

11.  Open element 33, resize 58x400, copy and paste, place on the left side of frame between rose and bottle.  Open flame, copy and paste, place on candle wick.

12.  Open element 24, resize to 149x150px, copy and paste, place on top of frame, rotate left 15 degrees.  Go back to element 24 and resize again to 119x120px, copy and paste, place on left side of frame, rotate right 15 degrees.

13.  Open element 28, do not resize, copy and paste, drag all the way down until it's behind frame, duplicate it and go to image->mirror, duplicate it again, image->flip, duplicate it one more time, image->mirror and spread around behind frame, see tag.

14.  Open element 29, do not resize, copy and paste, move up until it sticks out of the frame, then drag it all the way down until it's behind all the doodles, duplicate it, go to image->flip and move it around until it's showing from under the tube.

15.  On the layers palette click on the last layer, go to layers->new raster layer->OK and make sure it's all the way down behind all the elements.  Go to the color palette and choose color #8b0000, fill layer.  Open mask and minimize it, go to layers->new mask layer->from image, look for mask in the Source Window, Source Luminance checked, Invert mask data unchecked, OK.  Go to layers->merge->merge group.  Lower the oppacity to 60.

We are done with the tag.  Add shadow to elements if you haven't already.  Layers->merge->merge visible.  Add your name and credits.  If you would like to show me your work contact me at metbrini@gmail.com.  I would love to see what you did.
