You must have good PSP working knowledge to follow this tutorial.

Supplies
I used Paint Shop Pro X2 but any version will work.
The tube is called Emilia by Verymany and you must purchase here PicsForDesign
Scrapkit is a PTU called Emilia you can purchase at Niqui's Designs
Mask 219 you can download at Gems Taggin Scraps
Font of choice
Drop Shadow settings I used on most elements are vertical 3, horizontal 3, Opacity 55, Blur 15, Color Black, you can use whatever settings you are acostumed to.

Always look at tag for reference.

Lets Begin

 1.  Open Canvas 750x750px.  You can resize after tag is done.

 2.  Copy and paste tube onto canvas.

 3.  Open element 52.  Do not resize.  Copy and paste and drag under tube.  Move tube to your left (see tag).

 4.  With the magic wand select the inside of the frame.  Go to selections->modify->expand-12pixels.
Open paper 8 copy and paste as a new layer.  Selections->invert->delete drag paper behind frame, deselect.

 5.  Click on the frame layer again and follow the instructions on 4 up to expand and choose the same pixels.  Go to layer new raster layer.  Open tube again and click on close up, copy and paste close up into selection.  Drag close up behind frame.  Do an overlay blend mode and keep the oppacity at 100.

 6.  Click on full tube.  Go to layers->duplicate.  Drag tube under frame and click on the copy layer and  erase the bottom part of tube (see tag) then go down to the original layer and erase what's left.  The tube should look like it's inside the frame.

           Now we will add elements

Open element 14...resize it to 350px and place it to your right on the lower part of frame.

Open element 50...resize it to 400px and place it to your right behind element 14.

Open element 6...resize it to 200px and place it to your right behind element 14.

Open element 48...resize it to 300px and place it to your right behind element 14
and over the love potion bottle...always see tag for reference.

Open element 57...resize it to 350px and place to your upper right side of frame.

Open element 15...resize to 400px and place it to your right side behind cocktail glass.

Open element 29...resize to 500px...go to image->free rotate and rotate 40 to right.
Go to image->mirror...copy and paste...place it behind the dice to the left.

Open element 40...resize to 250px...copy and paste...place to the left side of element 29
                    and drag behind it.

Open element 45...resize to 250px...copy and paste...place it to the left behind mask.

Open element 60...do not resize...copy and paste..duplicate it 4 times and place them behind
                    frames like in the tag.

Open paper 17...copy and paste...drag all the way down until it's behind all the elements.

                    Open mask...minimize..go to layers->new mask layer->from image..find mask in Source Window->Source Luminance checked->invert data mask unchecked->OK.  Layers->merge->merge group.

We are done with the tag.  Add shadow to elements if you haven't already.  Layers->merge->merge visible.  Add your name and credits.  If you would like to show me your work contact me at metbrini@gmail.com.  I would love to see what you did.
